Including Colleagues and Stakeholders into Key Conversations
Need to CC an individual or a group in a ticket? Sign into your Zendesk account to access the "CC" field in the form to ensure your colleagues and Stakeholders are included to the conversation. Don't have an account yet? Feel free to review the "How to Create a Zendesk Account" article.
If you've already set up your account, please log in first and select "Submit a Request". You will be directed to the form page where the first field to fill out will be the "CC (optional)" field. You can add one or multiple email addresses to ensure the right people have visibility to your ticket.
