Managing my Tickets
One of the benefits of creating a Zendesk account is having visibility to all current and previous tickets you've submitted. Once you've sign into your account, you can click into your profile name on the top right hand corner and select "Requests". Don't have an account yet? Feel free to review the "How to Create a Zendesk Account" article.
In this view, you can view all requests that you have submitted or select the "Requests I'm CC'd on" to view all tickets your colleagues have looped you in on. In addition, you can filter by Status and drill down into your "Solved" or historical conversations, your "Open" tickets which are being worked on, or your "Awaiting your reply" tickets that require your attention/feedback.
